COACH CAM

HEAD COACH/OWNER

Cam's passion for strength and conditioning comes from his trampolining background where he represented New Zealand several times, including the youth olympics back in 2007. These experiences and other sporting aspirations have taught Cam the fundamentals and importance of breaking barriers, setting goals and celebrating the small wins along the way.

COACH JODIE
TEAM LEADER

Jodie is our long term strength and conditioning coach here at Antics. Jodie is passionate about helping others unlock their potential by understanding their self worth through building habits and a positive mindset. She prides herself on creating a positive inclusive community within her classes and PT sessions. “Having fun and enjoying the process is an integral part of training. I love watching others find their why.”

COACH MEGAN
STRENGTH COACH

Megan has been strength training for the past 3 years, dabbling in a variety of styles including power lifting, body building and Olympic lifting. Originally starting out on a booty building PDF to lose weight, she soon found her love of weight training and deadlifting. Megan believes fitness is more than just weight loss and cardio, but about creating a lifestyle where you can eat what you want, train like a beast and feel good about yourself all year round.

"The body is capable of so much, it deserves to be honoured rather than punished. Fuel it with good food (including ice cream) and daily movement, and you'll be amazing of what you can achieve."

POLE FITNESS COACH

Mia is a strong and charismatic women whose passion for pole dancing led her to develop our latest class – PoleFit. She loves teaching the importance of discovering what your body is capable of, not what it looks like. For Mia, Quality banter, having fun and connecting with others is paramount for an enjoyable workout. “QUOTE
